The Chesapeake Bay Breakers Basketball Association prides itself on building quality young men and women both on and off the basketball court. We instill in all of our young athletes that they must take care of their business off the basketball court, before we will allow them to step on it. That means they must take care of their family responsibilities and their educational responsibilities before they come to our tryouts, practices, and games. 

Our NCAA and POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE certified coaches are of the highest character, honesty, and integrity you will find in youth sports.  These coaches not only know the game of basketball and how to teach it, but how to build quality relationships with each of their players. Our coaches are not just here to win basketball games, our goal is to build better basketball players and members of society by teaching them the importance of a good education, responsibility, good character, honesty, and making good decisions in life. As an organization we do not simply go out and recruit the best pure basketball players we see. We look for talented basketball players with good character, dedication, work ethic, and integrity. Simply put, talent alone will not earn a player a spot on one of our teams. Each player must have those other qualities that will make them great teammates, great members of society and great members of the Breaker Family.
